Any modern homebrewed GBA dev Kit I could use?

I'm willing to see if there's a good GBA dev Kit for Mac using homebrew as I'll put Gameboy programming on hold and try out doing GBA advance programming is there any GBA dev kits for mac using homebrew or there's non I could download?

One I found uses 10.1 and old project builder the first XCode and there's no way to download that anymore as XCode is the new project builder, if there was some kind of better method to make GBA Games I would love to do it if not, I'll resort to Windows and do it tht way and program from there unless I could install it on ReactOS and use it as a dev OS to use.
