Gameboy tunes to c64/atari800

I want to port some of my childhood gameboy games to some homecomputers like the c64 or the atari 800.

Since the sound capabilities are pretty much the same i'd like to extract the gameboy sounds to midi or import them into
a cross platform music tracker directly.

My head is allready totaly smoking from learning to properly code for these old machines i'd like to ask for some help from you guys.

Can somebody give me a rundown what tools i need?

They're asking for the opposite, converting GB music to SID.

But they are not pretty much the same... GB has 4 channels, but each channel has fixed functionality. SID has 3 channels but each channel has selectable mode, and SID also has an analog filter. POKEY has 4 channels but each can be set to noise mode if you want but POKEY has lacking frequency precision and otherwise limited WAVEFORM configuration. I don't think any of them could play the other's songs very well without manual tweaking.

Well, as nitro2k01 said it won't be nothing like copy/paste job. There actually was some .jp emulator with ability to save midi dumps but unfortunately I can't remember its name. I'll try to check my archives later, maybe I have a copy somewhere...
