I got tired of working with the available tools I could find so I made my own.
Thought I would pass it along in case it could help anyone else.
It's a .NET 2.0 windows application.

Input is indexed image, width/height divisible by 8. Output is .Z80, .C or binary. Also can output NES CHR binary format.
