A question about flash carts
Does anyone know any good tutorials online about making flash carts or any stores online that sell pre-built ones?

Indeed. There are two shops that sell them, even if Lameboy will stop selling them because of personal reasons. And Reiner Ziegler's page is a goldmine for flash cart info.
