Exporting maps with GBDK-N

What's needed to import maps from Gameboy Map Builder and use it GBDK coding I'm building 16 x 16 maps of Bomberman but how do I use it to load the map of the game itself to test with? plus with collision data for some tiles and other things.

I'm confused on this exporting the data to use with GBDK-N

plus if I did go with RGBDS what's the exporting requirements for that as well?

also once from - http://www.chrisantonellis.com/gameboy/gbtdg/ - I wanted to have a logo to load before it goes into the game much like most game with their logos too, so I generated my logo there and now confused on this!
