Hi!
I'd like to show you INTO THE BLUE, a new game I just released. The goal of my project was to create a game that looks and feels like a commercial game from back in the day. The result is a puzzle game that plays similar to Tetris Attack.
It's free, so please check it out on my website https://the-green-screen.com!
Here are some screenshots:
I hope that you like it!

Not sure about commercial feeling here but surely it's nice and enjoyable. For some reason I really like the audio/sfx Also BGB throws 'accessing inaccessible VRAM' exception after 'Game Over' message while screen is being cleared. Didn't bother to connect my GBX to test it on HW though. Anyway, well done! It's a bit strange no one appreciated it here yet...

Thanks tmk! Happy to hear that you liked it. The music is based on songs by famous ragtime composer Scott Joplin.
Probably updating the screen during the "Game Over" animation takes a bit longer than it should. But I tested this extensively on several different real Game Boys (including GBC and Super Game Boy) and never saw any graphical glitches in the final version, so I think it shouldn't be a problem.

Looks great! Very charming but still straightforward and clean aesthetic, like an unreleased Yoshi port.

I see that you game is the first one to use the MBC5 chip replacement created by Catskull !
I wish you a lot of success with this fun and very polished game (it really feels like an commercial GB title).
