Proably hundreds of accounts have been banned for spam. As for actual users, I can only remember one, who was a guy who behaved like a complete ass.
Hacked: No, not to my knowledge. And your strategy of going from 1 to 23 single quotes appears to have been unsuccessful.

Because I'm the administrator and I have access to the server logs. When you named this topic in a way that could imply that the forum had been hacked now and asking if this was the first time, I took a look at the server logs for suspicious activity.
