Removed some of the examples

I've expanded the article, and removed example involving bit order within a byte, as well those relating to MBCs. Endianness is generally understood to mean the byte order of a word, rather than other data orderings. The removed examples felt constructed to me, and I don't think they contributed to explaining the issue endianness on the Game Boy. Nitro2k01 (talk) 01:04, 28 February 2023 (EST)
